Q. What is the process of language, how can we deconstruct it?

D. Language
a. the method of human communication, either spoken or written, consisting of the use of words in a structured and conventional way.

W. Stop motion language painting. Painting for me has always been a physical experience of moving color, texture, line and composition. Language is written everyday. It usually moves across the page from left to write. Or right to left. Or downward in columns. How we see meaning is confined to that movement. In this body of work I am looking carefully at how language can move as paint does and how that impacts meaning.
